Thank you for your letter of 26 July to Tony Galsworthy. have since received some further interesting material from Steuart Webb-Johnson on the contradictory advice that the French Consulates in London and Edinburgh, and a number of major tour operators here, are giving on the need for Hong Kong BDTCs to obtain visas to visit France.
2. Migration and Visa Department are looking into this whole question, and we shall let you konw what transpires as soon
we can.
