FORGED BOLIVIAN PASSPORTS
You may be interested in seeing the enclosed unofficial translation of an article published in the La Paz daily "Presencia" last week on the subject of the scandal which attaches to Bolivia due to the issue of "forged" Bolivian passports to non-Bolivians.
I am copying this letter and enclosure to Bill Ehrman in Hong Kong Department for information, in case they wish to draw it to the attention of the Hong Kong authorities.
