If however you have any drafting or technical points you may wish to make those prior to the meeting.

I note that Tony Galsworthy's letter of 6 June to John Boyd in Hong Kong on the international acceptance of BN (0) passports has not been copied to you. I enclose a copy which I hope will clarify our proposals for ensuring acceptability of BN (0) passports in third countries.
