1. Would you please refer to your letter of 28 May to the FCO which was copied for information to us.

We are aware of the problems encountered by

3DTCs

2. who wish to visit Mexico. Nowever mone have made any offcial protest that we are aware of and no approach has been made to the texican Fmbassy about the unfairness of regulations as applied to long Kong passport holders.

I should be grateful if we could be kept informed of the outcome of any representations made to the Mexican authorities.
