4. The Secretary of state for bar thall not be disturbed in occupation of the said areas for a period of years from the 1st. day of January 1905.

In the event of the Governor deonin, it necessary to rosume possession of the said areas at my time after the expiration of the said period of 10 Yours le shall be at liberty to do so but will first grant to the and Secretary of State the use of new Rifle Ranges elsewhere will. proper teans of access thereto and will also bear the cost of conntraction of the necessary top Butts Harkers Galleries and firing points not exceeding the dimensions and quality of thone which have been originally erected or paid for by, the Colonial Covernment as indicated on the said plan marked "A" and doncribed in the
schedule Loreto annexed.
C. The Secretary of State structures on the said Ranges as he may consider necessary but no co pensation shall be paid in respect thereof in the event of the said areas loing resued by the Governor as hereinbefore mentioned but the s. id fecretary of State for 'ar shall be at liberty to remove any such additional structuros.

7. The land for the road leading from the Kowloon City Road to the said Ranges shown on the said plan marked B and thereon colored pink has been resumed the private rights being purchased for 2004.76 by the said Secretary of State for ar and is held by him as part of the Leased Military Resorven shown on the said plan marked A, the area being 15,238 square foot but shall be handed over to the Colonial Goverment if and whenever the said Ranges are resumed by the Governor and New Rio Rances provided
in lieu thereof as hercinbefore mentioned.
