fitting thereon released without reprovisioning where the said building, fixture or fitting was built as a Works Services item under the Defence
Costs Agreement 1976 or the Defence Costs Agreement 1981.

In the event of the said land or any part thereof being
required for public purposes as determined by the Hong Kong Government,
notice in writing thereof shall be given by the Hong Kong Government to
the Commander British Forces, and the said land or part thereof will be
released as soon as is practicable, subject to the agreement of the
Secretary of State and to such reprovisioning at the expense of the
Hong Kong Government of land, buildings and facilities as may be agreed
by the parties hereto to be necessary.
IN WITNESS whereof the Assistant Registrar General being
duly authorised by the Governor and the Regional Estate Surveyor,
Property Services Agency being duly authorised by the Secretary of
State have hereunto set their hands the day and year first above
written.
