AN AGREEMENT made this

Between His Excellency the Governor and Commander-in-Chief of Hong Kong for

and on behalf of Cur Sovereign Lady Elizabeth the Second (hereinafter referred

to as "the Landlord") of the one part and The Chairman, The Stanley Services

Boat Club, c/o Property Services Agency, Regional Headquarters, Hong Kong,

B.F.P.O. 1 (hereinafter referred to as "the Tenant") of the other part AND IS

SUPPLEMENTARY to a Tenancy Agreement (Ref. HX-588) dated the 6th day of November

1978 and made between the same parties hereto (which Tenancy Agreement is

hereinafter referred to as "the Principal Agreement") AND WHEREAS the parties

hereto are desirous of altering the terms of the Principal Agreement in manner

hereinafter appearing HOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED as follows i-

As from the First day of June 1979 $

1.

(A) the amount of rental specified in the First Schedule to the Principal

Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to read as follows :-

"Kent : Ona Dọllar per ammum (if demanded)"

(B) the Tore and date of Commencement specified in the First Schedule to the

Prinsipal Agreement shall be deened to be amended to read as follows i-

"Term and date of Commencement: Five years certain from 1st June 1979

and thereafter half-yearly".

IT IS HEREBY FURTHER AGREED by the parties hereto us fallows 1–

2.

That the amendments set out in Clause I above shall be deemed to have been

incorporated in the Principal Agreement as from the First day of June 1979;

and

That except as amended as aforesaid, all the terms and conditions contained

in the Principal Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
