* (report) Drafting committee secretary- general Li Hou: The Basic Law drafting committee will set up a secretariat in HK to deal with

routine work. Part of the HK members on the drafting committee will be convenors for organising the

consultative committee. News about the Basic Law will have to be announced by the committee's

secretariat, and
