expanded to include 80 to 100 members. Ho Sai-chu, Lau Nai-keung, Albert Ho, Kwok Yuen-hon and a local Catholic Church representative are likely to be on the list.
Basic Law drafting committee vice-chairman David Li Kwok-po: The Basic Law should provide a powerful guarantee for HK to maintain its status as an international financial centre. It should not be too concise but at the same time should not be as detailed as the statutory laws.
