Sing Pao: Under HK's present circumstances, democratic consultation is one of the best and feasible ways of forming the consultative panel.

The HK Times: The

inclusion of media people in the BLCC is only a kind of China's united front tactics.

Basic Law, which is China's internal matter. But they should actively express their views in their private capacity.

The Federation of HK and Kowloon Labour Unions: The labour sector should be given 10 12 per cent of the seats on the BLCC, two of which should be left for right-wing representatives.
