Justice, the HK Affairs Society, the HK Social Workers General Union, the Reform Club, the Public Policy Research Centre, the Septentrio Academy, the Professional Teachers' Union, Meeting Point, the Society of Community Organisations, the New HK Society, the New HK Researchers, a Christian group and an association recently formed by a group of intellectuals, have decided to set up a joint conference on Basic Law drafting. One-tenth of the members of the consultative committee should be drawn from political groups.
