NCNA HK director Xu Jiatun said the planned preparatory office to help set up the
consultative body will only be a temporary one. NCNA staff will assist with its work.
The HK Economic Journal: It is impossible to include all people concerned about the Basic Law in the consultative body. To ensure that no views will be left out, a large office should be set up under the consultative committee to collect views of groups or individuals not represented on the panel.
