Lee Kimyin of HK Policy Viewers: The consultative committee should set up consultative sub-groups to canvass views of different sectors. There should also be an opinion assessment office to collect public views.
Dr Huang Chen-ha of HK Affairs Society: Members of the consultative committee should not be chosen by drafting committee members but should be nominated by different sectors of the community.
Lee Kai-ming of the HK and Kowloon Trades Union Council: The consultative committee should include representatives from different sectors of the community, particularly the grassroots, and
should be able to directly reflect views to the drafting committee and the NPC Standing
Committee.
