CLAUSE TWO

Clause 2 gives the short title and defines the scope of the Schedule to the Bill. The purpose of this clause is to give us as wide an interpretation of the scope of the schedule as possible.

Subsection 2(1) gives the short title of the Bill.

Subsection 2(2) provides for the Schedule to deal with matters

consequential on or connected with the termination of sovereignty or

the Joint Declaration.
