1. No 10 have now agreed on the elements of the Prime Minister's programme in New York on 23-24 October (FCO Tel No 464 to New York attached at Annex A) with the addition of a half-hour bilateral with Mr Peres. I should be grateful if briefs could be prepared as follows:

We need top copy only of the briefs in final form, cleared by Under Secretaries as necessary, laid out in accordance with the format and instructions at Annex B using as a guide No 10's model brief at Annex C.
