PRIME MINISTER'S VISIT TO NEW YORK, 23-24 OCTOBER: MEETING WITH PREMIER ZHAO ZIYANG

1. Subject to confirmation from the Chinese, the Prime Minister' will have a bilateral, probably of around one hour, with Premier Zhao at the UN on 23 or 24 October.
