As at paragraph (a) above, with "Brief by Foreign and Commonwealth Office" to be typed under subject. Classification (not higher than Confidential) to be typed top and bottom. "Foreign and Commonwealth Office" and date to be at the end of the brief in the bottom left-hand corner.
