Eential Facts. If the unclassified brief on a subject is generally adequate for the Minister's briefing also, but there are a few classified points which you wish to make for her use only, these should be made simply (as above) on a separate sheet (pink) to be attached to her unclassified brief.

6. Please send all briefs in final form to Mr Edgerton in this Department, as soon as possible and not later than close of play on 30 August. It is appreciated that there may be cases where briefs will require updating after submission to CCD. The final deadline for updates will be close of play on 20 September.
