HONG KONG AGREEMENT : INSTRUMENT OF RATIFICATION

I would be very grateful if you could arrange for an instrument of ratification to be prepared for the Hong Kong agreement to be signed by the Secretary of State and ready to be sent to Peking under cover of a despatch from the head of HKD at the beginning of May.
