was no longer extant.
Scope for amendment

If essential it may be possible to replace Article 2 as
currently drafted with the Annexed List of persons affected. But
the List would need conveying into precise legal language and the
result would be long, complex and difficult to understand.
Wholesale replacement of Article 2 is therefore highly undesirable.
