1. I attach a draft letter to the Ministry of Defence on the 3 categories of Hong Kong employees in HM Forces that we have identified. It seeks to agree a public line on the future of these people to be taken by Ministers during debate on the nationality Order in Council. I would be grateful for any comments on the text.
