Article 7(4) - 7(12) encompass all the other amendments which
will be necessary to the 1981 Act. In particular, Article 7(4)(d) ensure that no fee will be charged for registration as a BN(0).

Consequential amendments

Article 8 relates to the various consequential amendments to
the other enactments set out in the Schedule to the Order.
Conclusion
Her Majesty's Government hope that the early publication of the
annexed draft Order will provide the basis for informed discussion
of its provisions, and that the interested parties in particular
Hong Kong BDTCS will make their views known prior to the
forthcoming Parliamentary debates.
