A CUKC by registration outside Hong Kong under section 7(1)

of the BNA 1948 who had a parent who was a CUKC at the time

of registration and became a BDTC, or would have done so but

for his or her death, by reason of his or his father's birth,

naturalisation or registration in Hong Kong. 23(2).

A CUKC by registration outside Hong Kong under section 1 of

the BN (No 2) Act 1964 whose mother was a CUKC at the time of

registration and became a BDTC, or would have done So but for

her death, by reason of her or her father's birth,

by reason of his birth being registered at a UK Consulate and

had a parent or grandparent who was a CUKC by reason of birth,

BNA 1948 as amended by section 3(1)(b)(iii) of the BNA 1958

by virtue of descent in the male line from a person born or

A CUKC registered outside Hong Kong under section 1 of the

BNA 1964 (Resumption) by virtue of a qualifying connection

with Hong Kong or if a woman by virtue of having been married

to a man who had such a connection. 23(4).

(A person has a qualifying connection with Hong Kong for the

purposes of this section if he, his father or father's father

was born, registered or naturalised in Hong Kong).
