where citizenship has been

renounced and subsequently

or registration in Hong Kong; or

(c) at the time of his birth his father or

mother was a British Dependent Territories

citizen serving outside the dependent

territories -

(i) in Crown service under the

Government of Hong Kong; or

(ii)

in service on secondment from

in service under the Hong Kong

Tourist Association; or

in service under the Hong Kong

Trade Development Council; or

(e) his father or mother was born to a parent

who at the time of the birth was a citizen

of the United Kingdom and Colonies by

virtue of his having a connection with

Hong Kong as specified in this Article; or
