On rereading Hansard of our debate on the Committee Stage of the Hong Kong Bill I note that I failed to answer your question on whether BN (O) passport holders would be able to enter the UK without visas.
{
It is indeed proposed that BN (O) passport holders will have the same entitlement to enter and leave the UK as enjoyed by BDTC passport holders at present.
