19 February from Lady Young to the following Lords:

(a) Lord Cledwyn who asked whether the holders of BN (O)

passports would be able to enter the UK without visas.

2. The Bishop of Birmingham asked what would happen to Hong Kong Indians in the event that they were no longer welcome to stay in Hong Kong (Col 495). I think Lady Young went as far as she could in replying to this point in her winding-up speech (columns 505, 506).
