19 February from Lady Young to the following Lords:

2. The Bishop of Birmingham asked what would happen to Hong Kong Indians in the event that they were no longer welcome to stay in Hong Kong (Col 495). I think Lady Young went as far as she could in replying to this point in her winding-up speech (columns 505, 506).
