respect of HMOCS as independence has in other Dependent

Territories. The Government is well aware of the need to

maintain the morale of the Hong Kong Civil Service in the

coming 12 years. I can as sure the Noble Lord that the

Government have the interests of HMOCS officers very much in

mind.
