(4) No Order shall be made under this paragraph unless a draft of it

has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of

Parliament.

EFFECT OF AMENDMENT

The effect of this amendment would be to remove all the nationality

provisions for the schedule to the Bill and make a separate Bill dealing with nationality questions necessary.
