I had some difficulty tracing a copy of this Act.

it is obsolete it does not appear in any of the bound volumes of statutes in the Legal Advisers Library.

However a search of boxes of unbound papers has produced a copy, and I attach a photocopy of Section 309, which provided for the making of Orders in Council, which were to be presented in draft to both Houses of Parliament, and which were subject to such amendments as might have been agreed by resolutions of both Houses.

The Dairy Produce Quotas Regulation, 1984, is a modern and much better precedent.
