Paragraph 20.2 of the Guide to Legislative Procedures tells us to ensure that Parliamentary Counsel has warned the Lords Public Bill office to arrange for Queen's Consent to be signified. Hence this letter.

My information is that the second reading in the Lords is likely to be on 19 February.
