It is not possible at this stage to forecast with complete accuracy the Acts and subordinate legislation which will need to be adapted in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Schedule to the Bill. At least 120 Acts, and many more items of subordinate legislation, will need to be scrutinised for this purpose. I have inserted examples of likely candidates in the attached redraft of the "Line to Take".
