HONG KONG BILL

I am writing in relation to the Hong Kong Bill which is

scheduled to have its Second Reading Debate on Monday,

21 January in the House of Commons.

It is general practice to place in the appropriate House Library a few days before Second Reading (and copied to the other) a

list of papers related to the Bill to which Members may wish to

refer.

The Home Office list to fairly short, ie

a) The British Nationality Act 1981

b)

The Immigration Act 1971

and I should be grateful if you would add these to the composite

list you will be sending to the House of Commons.
