9. Mr. Alston stated that in order to proceed with updated

development master plans for San Tin that drawings of final roadworks through the watershed must be forwarded to his office as soon as possible. Also that his Clients would appreciate any assistance which Mr. Wilson could give in speeding approval of the San Tin development plans through Government-now at the Secretariat level and the responsibility of Mr. John Todd.

10. Mr. Chee mentioned that in order to provide adequate feeder

road and half diamond access provisions for San Tin, updated traffic flow information must eventually be sub- mitted by DOPDG for review by Government. And that only in this way could adequate access road provisions be achieved.
