review procedures for appeals against administration decisions.

Preparing recommendations for consideration by EXCO.

UMELCO also reconsidering its own complaints procedure as a

consequence of

introduction of partly indirectly elected Legislative

Council. UMELCO consultative document likely to be issued before

end of this year.
