(Statelessness/Indians) Have provided

descendants of former BDTCs who would otherwise be

stateless to retain form of British nationality for two

generations after 1997. This takes us to middle of 21st

century. We believe that the right course for those who

(BN(O) passports) The Order does not deal with

passports, which are a matter of prerogative and do not require legislation. The Hong Kong Government is however
