of the programme and notes for a speech at

the UMELCO dinner to be given in his honour. This

"state of the art": further work is being done and

version will be ready next week. The Minister will wish to consider

it over the weekend. We can then discuss it at our meeting on

Monday morning and amend it in light of his comments.

Briefs numbers 2 and 18 will be submitted next week, as will

a line for Mr Renton to take at the meeting with EXCO.
