VISIT BY MR LUCE TO THAILAND AND CHINA, 17-25 SEPTEMBER
1. Mr Luce will be visiting Thailand and China from 17-19 and 19-25 September respectively. I attach copies of tele- grams showing the programmes currently envisaged for each country.
