Please find attached the schedule of Ministerial visits to/from countries in your geographical area. It is corrected to 31 March on information received in Protocol Department. I should be grateful if you would arrange for desk officers to bring the schedule up to date and return it by 22 March. Visits completed before 1 April need not be included. Please ensure that amendments are legible (ie typed or in block capitals).

2. All inward and outward visits by Heads of Government and Ministers, outward visits by the Lord Mayor of London and inward visits by members of foreign Royal families should be included. (Royal visits overseas will be dealt with by Protocol Department.) Firm visits should be listed irrespective of timescales but agreed visits should be listed up to six months ahead. The status of the visit should be recorded under one of the following categories:
