Furthermore, every District Board chairman is provided with

an office in the District Office and there is therefore no

lack of opportunity for contact and co-ordination.

Indeed, I shall be meeting all the newly elected

District Board chairmen for the first time next week and

this will be one of the items which I will be discussing

with them.
