Hong Kong Industrial Estates Corporation (Amendment) Bill 1985: Committee Stage

Sir,

I move that Clause 2 be amended as set out

in the paper circulated to Members.

2.

Following the publication of the Bill,

the draftsman noted that in proposing the amendments

to section 7(1), a number of tidying-up amendments

needed for the remainder of this section were missed

out. These minor consequential amendments are now

included in the paper before Members. Nothing of

any substance is involved.
