The Government announced today the following senior directorate
appointments
Mr. LI Kwan-ha to succeed Mr. Ray Anning as
Deputy Commissioner of Police on the latter's
promotion as Commissioner of Police in April
1985.
Mr. George Hindhaugh to be promoted to the
rank or Senior Assistant Commissioner of
Police in April 1985.
Mr. Keith Lomas to be promoted to the rank of
Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police in
April 1985.
