The Council considered memorandum XCS(85)1.
The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:
that the memorandum should be
withdrawn pending:
(a) clarification of the extent
to which agreement officers

may
have
a
legal
entitlement to apply
to
pensionable
transfer
to
terms; and
(b)
insertion of a
paragraph
setting out the effects on
the structure of the Police
Force of serving Police
Officers on agreement terms
transferring to pensionable
terms.

Service) Staff Planning, Mr Keith SHIPLEY, attended
