ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 266)

AGAINST THE REJECTION OF AN APPLICATION

FOR A MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE:

MR TO SUM ALIAS MR TO KWONG SUM

The Council considered memorandum XCC (85)11.

The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:

under section 10 of the Massage

Establishments Ordinance (Chapter

266), that the decision of the

Commissioner of Police to refuse

Mr TO Sum's application for a

massage establishment

licence

should be confirmed.
