Public Reclamations and Works Ordinance (Chapter 113) PROPOSED RECLAMATION AND SUBMARINE SEWER LAYING WORK AT THE HEAD OF JUNK BAY

The Council considered memorandum XCR (85) 22.

The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:

(a) that under section 3(2)(a) of

the Public Reclamations and

Works Ordinance, the proposed

reclamation outlined in red on

the plan at Annex A to the

memorandum, should be authorised

to proceed without modification;

and

(b) that under section 3(2)(a) of

the Public Reclamations and

Works Ordinance, the proposed

submarine sewer outlined in

green on the plan at Annex A to

the memorandum,

should

be

authorised to proceed without

modification;

(c) that when Council's approval for

the next stage of reclamation

was

sought, the Council should

also be informed of the measures
