I enclose copies of the Kenya Legislative Council Standing Orders for 1928, 1934, and 1939. Throughout this period, Kenya had a partially elected, partially nominated (including officials) legislative council.
The F.C.O. Library inform me that they still hold a wide range of Legislative Standing Orders for various territories in the colonial period. If you need further copies perhaps you could let me or the FCO Library know.
