1. I attach two copies of a clean proof of these instruments.
They will be checked by Legal Executive Section and myself,
but I would be grateful if you could make a separate check and
let me know if there are any errors. Once you have ascertained
that the documents are in order, you might like to send a
copy to Hong Kong.

How are we getting on with the submission to Ministers?
We must deliver all necessary documents to the Privy Council
Office before noon on Thursday, 14 March.
