revoked and replaced by the following

vacant under a law in force in the Colony

of the Council

were he an Elected Member on any of the

following grounds

that he holds any office specified

(a)

in such law or has been dismissed

therefrom;

(and in comparable

circumstances and conditions to those specified in such

a law)

(b)

that he has been convicted of any

offence so specified;

(c)

that he has been sentenced to any

(a)

punishment so specified, whether in

the Colony or elsewhere;

on the ground, of his bankruptcy

relating to indebtedness

or other io ground so specified;

(e)

on the ground of his non-attendance

at sittings of the Council;

(f)

that he has been elected as an Elected

Member of the Council, in aeeerdance

with such law in an election other
