An Ordinance to amend the Fixed Penalty (Criminal Proceedings) Ordinance.
[27 July 1984]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Fixed Penalty (Criminal Proceedings) Short title. (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1984.
2.
Section 9 of the principal Ordinance is amended--
(a) in subsection (1) by deleting "$25" and substituting the following-
"$70";
(b) by inserting after subsection (2) the following-
"(3) The Legislative Council may, by resolution, amend the sum specified in subsection (1).".

(iii) in Form 3—
