A BILL

To

Grant privileges and immunities to the Visa Office

in Hong Kong of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

of the People's Republic of China, its officers

and their dependants and diplomatic couriers,

and for matters connected therewith and

incidental thereto.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with

the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

thereof.

Short title.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the

Chinese Visa Office (Privileges and Immunities)

Ordinance 1984.

Interpretation.

2. In this Ordinance, unless the context
