administration. Our only concern is to leave behind
adminsitration which will work efficiently, and give SAR Government best prospect of succeeding. In Chinese as well
as British interests.
REGISTRATION AT THE UN
14. Our invariable practice to register international
agreements at UN, in accordance with our obligations under Article 102 of treaty. Not sure about Chinese practice in
this respect, but believe would have very beneficial effect
in public opinion if we could register jointly.
